Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At ocadoc, we want every order to land right. If an item shows up damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product page, reach out within 30 days of confirmed delivery and we’ll sort it out.

We cover

  • Transit damage.
  • Defective items or items that can’t be used as described.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Item materially different from its product-page description.

We can’t cover

  • Change-of-mind, buyer’s-remorse, or personal-preference returns.
  • Wrong product, flavor, size, or quantity chosen at checkout.
  • Opened, consumed, used, altered, emptied, contaminated, or customer-damaged items — unless tied directly to a reported defect.
  • Unauthorized returns.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Start a request

Email support@ocadoc.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number, checkout email, a short description, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

Return shipping & fees

For approved claims, ocadoc covers the return trip. When a physical return is required, we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the approved return-shipping cost. No restocking fee on approved eligible claims.

Inspection & resolution

Once received, we inspect the return against the reported issue. An approved claim may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or another lawful solution you accept. Claims may be denied if the item doesn’t match the order or approved reason, or if requested evidence isn’t provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval or inspection. Banks and card issuers may need another 5–10 business days to post the credit. We don’t control financial-institution processing times.
