ocadoc ships orders placed through ocadoc.shop to eligible U.S. addresses. Destinations and methods for your order are shown at checkout.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Any optional expedited or special charge is shown before payment.
Processing and delivery
Handling: 0–1 business day. Transit: 0–1 business day after shipment. Normal total: 0–2 business days from a successful order.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address verification, payment review, inventory issues, or events outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we email it to the address provided at checkout. Tracking may take a little time to update after a label is created.
Address accuracy
You’re responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment. Additional carrier or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be charged where permitted by law.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Contact us promptly if tracking hasn’t updated, a shipment appears lost, or a package arrives damaged. Include the order number, tracking info, and clear photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable. Keep the item and packaging until our review is complete.
